A Challenge for White Male Leaders
If you spend any time on social media or watching the news, it’s easy to feel discouraged. The loudest voices often belong to the most extreme perspectives. Pettiness, fear-mongering, and reactionary politics dominate the headlines, making it seem like progress is slipping away.
But I refuse to believe that’s the full story.
I’m stronger than that. So is America. And so are the countless white male leaders who aren’t aligned with right-wing fascism but are uncertain about their place in the conversation.
The Power of Leadership in a Fractured Time
White men aren’t a monolith. I know this because I work with them. I coach them. I see their challenges firsthand.
Many white male leaders want to lead effectively in today’s diverse world, but they feel caught in a storm of conflicting pressures. They worry about saying the wrong thing, alienating their teams, or losing credibility among peers who resist change.
But here’s the truth: Silence is not leadership. Avoidance is not strategy.
Leadership isn’t about waiting until the culture war cools down or until it’s “safe” to engage. Leadership is about navigating uncertainty with integrity, courage, and a commitment to making things better.
The Challenge: Moving from Fear to Confidence
That’s why I created Leadership Centered’s Tiny Leadership Challenge—a five-day, one-on-one coaching experience designed for white male leaders who want to step into their growth and lead diverse teams with confidence and clarity.
It’s 5 days.
It requires an investment.
There will be homework.
You won’t be judged.
You’ll work directly with me 1:1 via phone or Zoom.
What You’ll Gain from This Challenge
This isn’t about guilt. It’s not about checking a DEI box. It’s about helping you:
✅ Navigate inclusion without fear – Learn how to lead confidently, even in complex situations.
✅ Strengthen your leadership – Build real skills that make you a more effective, respected leader.
✅ Show up authentically – Lead in a way that aligns with your values and your vision for the future.
The Moment Demands Better Leadership
The forces of extremism are organized, disciplined, and strategic—and that’s why they dominate so many spaces. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t another way forward.
There are countless white male leaders who want something different—who believe in inclusion, innovation, and leading with integrity. But belief isn’t enough. You have to act.
